I've decided that despite the shoulder tears, I'm going to continue documenting my journey on this website. While my specific injuries might not be 100% applicable to everyone, the intent behind this site has always been to track any and all workouts and routines I'm performing as I navigate life post-TBIs/concussions.
Though the shoulder tears are unique to my situation, this website still captures the behaviors, trends, and attitudes related to recovery—and I believe that's important to quantify and share. Here's to hoping this information helps someone out there.
For those whose recovery doesn't involve shoulder complications, I'll be uploading a 6-week training plan to the website in the near future.
