Debrief
Second deload session of the cycle. Same prescription as W4D1: 60% TM, 2×5, RPE cap 5. Back Squat 150, Weighted Pull-up BW only, Deadlift 205. All loads moved cleanly, no missed reps, no deviations.
Everything was very easy. The system is settled in — this is what a deload week looks like when it’s working: same loads, less effort, no drama. 27 minutes start to finish, 80 kcal of work, average HR low enough to mistake for a recovery walk.
One cycle of W4 deload behind, one ahead. The W3D2 intensity headache that triggered all of this is fully clear. Ready to come out the back end of the deload and step into the next cycle clean.
